We are looking for an Associate Attorney to join a legal team in Greensboro, North Carolina. This role is suited for a licensed attorney with civil litigation experience who can manage casework with precision and sound judgment. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to litigation strategy, prepare key legal documents, and represent clients effectively throughout the legal process.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct and defend depositions while gathering testimony and evidence to support litigation strategy.
• Prepare, revise, and file motions, pleadings, and other legal documents with a high level of accuracy.
• Manage civil litigation matters from initial case assessment through resolution.
• Perform legal research and analyze case law to develop effective arguments and recommendations.
• Represent clients in hearings, conferences, and other court-related proceedings as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to evaluate case developments and determine next steps.
