Job Description

· Supervise and coordinate manufacturing engineering and technical activities to optimize production processes

· Provide engineering and technical support for manufacturing systems and process improvement initiatives

· Mentor and develop technicians while guiding them through mold setup procedures for R&D trials

· Manage trial runs and production ramp-ups while identifying opportunities to enhance mold performance, processes, and standard operating procedures

Key Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred (AS/BS in Engineering)

· Background in plastics or rubber manufacturing preferred but not required
