Mining Equipment Laborer - General Laborer

Location: Mount Morris, PA
Pay: $18.00-$20.00/hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
Overtime: Overtime may be available, including Saturdays

The Mining Equipment Laborer will assist with industrial production, equipment assembly, material handling, cleanup, and general labor duties while following company safety and quality standards. Candidates who have experience working around mining equipment, heavy industrial equipment, machinery, tools, or manufacturing operations are encouraged to apply.

Mining Equipment Laborer Responsibilities

• Perform general labor duties in a manufacturing and industrial environment.
• Assist with the assembly, production, and fabrication of mining and industrial equipment.
• Assist skilled employees with production and equipment-related tasks.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools as needed.
• Move, stage, and organize materials and components.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and material handling as required.
• Perform equipment and work-area cleanup.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe manufacturing work environment.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and operating procedures.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Perform physically demanding work while maintaining attention to safety and quality.
• Complete additional manufacturing, production, and general labor duties as assigned.

Mining Equipment Laborer Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, industrial labor, production, assembly, or general labor preferred.
• Experience with hand tools and power tools preferred.
• Mining, heavy equipment, welding, fabrication, or industrial manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
• Comfortable working in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and consistent attendance.
• Ability and willingness to follow workplace safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Willingness to work overtime, including occasional Saturdays.
