Position Details

Location: Stanwood, MI 49346
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM / 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
Type: Contract with potential for long-term opportunities
Industry: Manufacturing / Production

Job Responsibilities

• Perform general labor and production support duties.
• Assist with material movement and organization throughout the facility.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Support production operations as needed.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals.

What We're Looking For

• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
• Ability to work a rotating 12-hour shift schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 75 pounds and standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
• Positive attitude and commitment to workplace safety.
