Job Description
As a Skilled Laborer with PRST, you'll support Residential and Commercial contractors in the Santa Clara County. This long-term, temp-to-hire role, you'll earn $22-$25 an hour, enjoy weekly pay, health insurance benefits and a flexible work schedule. Candidates should have experience supporting various trades, assisting with site prep, cleanup, material handling, and light carpentry or demo. You’ll be working with reputable general contractors and builders on projects that demand quality, safety, and teamwork.   • Minimum 1–2 years of construction or skilled labor experience (commercial or residential)

  • Ability to use basic hand and power tools

  • Knowledge of jobsite safety and OSHA standards

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

  • Must be punctual, hardworking, and able to take direction from site supervisors

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in outdoor environments
