Location: Vancouver, Washington - 100% Onsite
Compensation: $110,000 - $140,000 per year, DOE

Our client is an established manufacturing organization seeking an experienced HR Manager to support their Vancouver, Washington operations. This is a highly visible, hands-on HR leadership role with a strong focus on employee relations, workplace investigations, and partnership with operational leadership .
The ideal candidate will bring strong manufacturing HR experience and be confident navigating complex employee relations matters in a fast-paced, onsite environment.

The ideal candidate will bring strong manufacturing HR experience and be confident navigating complex employee relations matters in a fast-paced, onsite environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations: Serve as a primary HR resource for employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance concerns, disciplinary actions, attendance issues, and other complex workplace matters.
- Workplace Investigations: Independently conduct thorough and objective employee investigations from intake through resolution, including documentation, findings, and recommended actions.
- Leadership Partnership: Partner closely with managers and operational leaders to provide practical HR guidance, coaching, and support on employee and organizational matters.
- Performance Management: Guide leaders through performance management, corrective action, coaching, and employee development.
- HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while maintaining consistent HR policies, practices, and documentation.
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning initiatives as needed.
- Training and Development: Provide coaching and training to managers on employee relations, performance management, HR policies, and employment practices.
- HR Operations: Support day-to-day HR functions and initiatives while identifying opportunities to improve processes, employee engagement, and overall organizational effectiveness.
- HR Metrics and Reporting: Utilize HR data and trends to identify areas of opportunity and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including HR management or HR business partner responsibilities.
- Recent HR experience within a manufacturing, production, or similarly fast-paced environment strongly preferred.
- Strong employee relations experience, including independently managing complex workplace investigations from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and employee relations best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and influence managers and leaders at all levels of an organization.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance strategic HR initiatives with hands-on, day-to-day employee needs.
- Comfortable working 100% onsite in Vancouver, Washington.
