Registered Nurse (RN) - House Supervisor

We are seeking a Registered Nurse – House Supervisor to oversee nursing services and support resident care in a long-term care setting. The RN will coordinate nursing staff, monitor resident conditions, ensure care plans are followed, and respond to clinical or emergency situations.

Pay: $32.00/hour
Night Differential: $1.75/hour
Schedule: 6:00 PM–6:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day nursing activities of LPNs and nursing assistants.
• Assess residents, administer medications and treatments, and monitor changes in condition.
• Update care plans, complete documentation, incident reports, and monthly summaries.
• Communicate with physicians, families, department leaders, and healthcare staff regarding resident care.
• Adjust staffing assignments and provide clinical direction to ensure safe and effective care.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, laboratory specimen collection, physician rounds, and emergency situations.
• Support staff orientation, training, quality assurance, and compliance with facility policies.

Requirements

• Current Pennsylvania RN license or temporary work permit at time of interview.
• BLS certification (AHA) required.
• Nursing home/long-term care experience preferred.
• New graduates may apply.
• COVID vaccination required.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, leadership, and emergency-response skills.
