Kelly Services is hiring a Service & Shipping Coordinator for a growing team in Warren, OH. The right candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with both customers and service teams.
What You'll Do
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming repair equipment and shipments.
- Verify shipping and billing information for accuracy.
- Unpack repairs, compare contents with packing slips, and process RMAs.
- Prepare completed repairs and equipment for shipment.
- Coordinate shipments with appropriate carriers.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing equipment.
- Enter repair and service information into computer systems.
- Communicate with customers regarding purchase orders, billing information, and special handling requirements.
- Answer calls and assist with non-technical service questions and Helpdesk requests.
- Review technician entries for accuracy, grammar, spelling, and completeness.
- Assist with service billing and order-processing issues.
- Prepare weekly reports on open service activity.
- Support other departments as needed.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in shipping, receiving, customer service, data entry, office administration, or a related area preferred.
- Strong computer and data-entry skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable proofreading and correcting written information.
- Ability to learn basic product and service information.
- Comfortable using basic hand tools for packing and shipping.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate degree in a technical field is a plus.
