We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to support cross-functional software delivery efforts. This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who can connect business goals with technical execution, guide priorities across Agile teams, and help deliver solutions that create measurable value. The role will work closely with stakeholders, delivery partners, and product contributors to shape work, maintain momentum, and support high-quality outcomes throughout the development lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
• Guide and continuously refine the product backlog so upcoming work is well organized, clearly articulated, and aligned with business priorities.
• Convert stakeholder needs and business objectives into structured product documentation such as epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work with business and technical partners to assess incoming requests, balance competing demands, and determine the highest-value priorities.
• Coordinate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, developers, and quality teams to keep delivery efforts aligned from planning through release.
• Act as a central point of communication between stakeholders and delivery teams to confirm expectations, gather input, and validate proposed solutions.
• Participate actively in Scrum events, including planning sessions, backlog reviews, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to support effective team execution.
• Provide ongoing clarification to development teams, evaluate completed work, and confirm that deliverables satisfy defined business needs.
• Track progress across initiatives, surface risks or dependencies early, and help resolve blockers that may affect timelines or delivery quality.
• Use feedback, operational insight, and available data to inform prioritization decisions and identify opportunities for product and process improvement.
• At least 5 years of experience in product ownership, product management, or a similar role supporting software delivery.• Proven background working within Agile Scrum environments and partnering with cross-functional technology teams.
• Hands-on experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs for multiple initiatives or delivery streams.
• Ability to write clear user stories, define acceptance criteria, and translate business needs into actionable development work.
• Proficiency with Agile delivery and tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or comparable platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate trade-offs and build alignment.
• Familiarity with backlog grooming, bug tracking, and iterative delivery practices focused on business value.
