Qualifications:

• Valid Ohio SPED Teaching Certification.
• Experience working with K–12 students in a school setting.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing IEPs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver individualized lesson plans for students with disabilities across a broad age range.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records.
• Work closely with support staff, parents, and administrators to implement IEP goals.

• Create a positive and structured classroom culture that meets diverse behavioral and academic goals.
