URGENT HIRING: Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) Needed | Dearborn Heights, MI Area

We are seeking 4-5 Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for highly sought-after school-based opportunities in the Dearborn Heights, Michigan area for the upcoming school year. These positions offer high compensation, manageable caseloads, and a supportive special education team.

Available Positions
Elementary School SLP (1 Opening)
- Approximately 50-student caseload
- Services provided across 3 elementary school buildings
Elementary School SLP (2 Openings)
- Approximately 47-student caseload
- Assigned to a single elementary school building
FCIS SLP (1 Opening)
- Functional Classroom for Intensive Support (FCIS)
- Work with students requiring intensive support services
- Onsite position only
Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement student-centered therapy plans and IEP goals
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language services
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain compliance with educational and clinical documentation requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and progress reporting
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Michigan SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
- School-based experience preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
