School Speech Language Pathologist - Lawrence, MA

Candidates who are bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese are strongly preferred, as 90% of the student population speaks one of these languages, providing an exceptional chance to utilize and further develop your language abilities.

Key Qualifications:

• Current SLP-CCC certification required
• Experience or interest in working with K-12th grade students
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese strongly preferred
• Excellent organization, communication, and collaboration skills
• Previous school-based SLP experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in a school-based setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Provide direct therapy and consultative services for students across various grade levels
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
• Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment for all learners
