School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) | Lexington, NC

ProCare Therapy is seeking two dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join a supportive school district in Lexington, North Carolina for the 2026–2027 school year. These full-time opportunities offer the chance to work with diverse student populations, including traditional elementary students and students with complex support needs.

Job Details:

• Location: Davidson County, NC
• Full-Time
• Onsite, school-based positions
• Direct speech and language therapy services
• Evaluations and assessments
• IEP development, goal management, and documentation
• Opportunities to work with either elementary students or specialized K–12 populations
• Specialized position may include AAC and adaptive communication support
• Multidisciplinary collaboration
• Pay Rate: $35-38/hour

Qualifications:

• Active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist license required
• Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field
• Experience with elementary-aged students preferred for applicable assignments
• Experience with specialized, low-incidence, or complex-needs populations preferred for applicable assignments
• Experience managing evaluations, IEP goals, and direct therapy services
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
