Evening Shift Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are a fast paced, high energy environment with a team who works hard but has fun doing it. We take pride in implementing and maintaining the 3C's of Crumbl: Cleanliness, Cookie Quality and Customer Experience.
The ideal Evening Shift Supervisor is a proven leader with teambuilding and supervisory experience preferably in the franchise food industry. You will assist the General Manager in all aspects of the store including customer experience, people and labor, production and quality and safety and cleanliness for your shift.
We will train and support you through a management team who cares about your success.
Compensation commensurate with experience. Sick pay, health, dental and vision insurance is also offered.
This is an afternoon/evening shift position!

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to work and multi task in a fast-paced team environment.
• Training, coaching and developing staff to specific standards.
• Minimum one year of previous experience leading a team and prioritizing work.
• Understanding and ensuring food safety requirements are met.
• Ensure product quality and availability metrics are met.
• Basic computer and math skills.

Crumbl was founded in 2017 in Logan, Utah by two cousins seeking the perfect combination of flour, sugar and chocolate chips and they now believe they have come up with the world's best chocolate chip cookie. Together, they have developed an exciting concept, a popular and recognizable menu, and an ambitious but achievable plan to build Crumbl into the thriving business we know it to be today. Crumbl now has over 1200 locations across the entire United States and Canada.
