Are you a hands-on maintenance technician who enjoys troubleshooting complex equipment and keeping production running? We're looking for a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to join our 2nd shift team and play a key role in supporting a busy manufacturing operation. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to expand their skills across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems while working with a wide variety of equipment.
What You'll Do- Troubleshoot and repair production equipment to minimize downtime.
- Work on extrusion lines, mixers, conveyors, molding equipment, presses, and plant utilities.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs.
- Partner with operations and production teams to keep equipment running safely and efficiently.
- Participate in reliability improvements and continuous improvement projects.

Equipment You'll Work On- Injection molding presses
- Rubber mixers and mixing lines
- Extrusion equipment
- Conveyors
- Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Water treatment and utility systems
- PLC-controlled production equipment
- Auxiliary manufacturing equipment
- Industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing
- Strong troubleshooting skills (mechanical and/or electrical)
- Ability to work independently and solve problems quickly
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, motors, drives, or PLCs is a plus
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
This is a 2nd shift position (approximately 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM) in a manufacturing facility. The environment is industrial, fast-paced, and focused on teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement. Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Chardon, OH.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $58406.40 - $70886.40/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
