Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth assessments of students with diverse speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s goals
  • Lead dynamic therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to support speech and language development
  • Maintain thorough and organized documentation of student progress and outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with educators, specialists, and other allied professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Partner with families, offering resources, support, and education throughout the therapy process

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Active or eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY candidates also encouraged to apply
  • Prior experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations is a plus
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as a valued member of a multidisciplinary team
