Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Provide engaging therapy sessions focused on speech and language objectives
- Accurately monitor, document, and report student progress
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of educators and specialists for coordinated care
- Involve and educate families to reinforce therapy goals at home
Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology or eligibility to obtain
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment
- Active license issued by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology
