Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders
  • Develop and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
  • Provide engaging therapy sessions focused on speech and language objectives
  • Accurately monitor, document, and report student progress
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of educators and specialists for coordinated care
  • Involve and educate families to reinforce therapy goals at home

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Current state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology or eligibility to obtain
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations is highly desirable
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment
  • Active license issued by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology
