Staff Pharmacist | Fulton, Missouri

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is suited for an experienced pharmacist to provide essential support in a pharmacy setting within Fulton, MO. The role is a contract position beginning in early September, with coverage continuing until a permanent hire is made.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Closed on all Missouri state holidays
• No weekend or on-call hours required

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform pharmacist verification for technician-packed prescriptions, including reviewing bags flagged by InspectRx
• Handle repackaging, bag corrections, and refilling of canisters
• Utilize barcode scanning to check medications after technician filling
• Provide troubleshooting support in collaboration with pharmacy staff as needed
• Complete approximately three days of training prior to starting the assignment

Desired Qualifications:

• Active license from the Missouri Board of Pharmacy
• Minimum of one year of recent pharmacy experience
• Experience with limited order verification; behavioral health experience not required
