Immediate openings in Napoleon, Ohio at a Metal Stamping manufacture. 1st and 2nd shift openings. $22.20hr/$23.20/hr.

Production Labor Details:

• Temporary position
• $22.20 to $23.20 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available

• Operate robotic and automated welding cells to produce stamped metal components.
• Load and unload parts from welding fixtures and machines.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections using gauges, calipers, and measuring devices.
• Monitor weld quality and ensure products meet customer specifications
• Keep work area clean and organized according to 5S standards.

Production Labor Qualifications:

• first shift 7 am to 3 pm Mon-Fri $22.20/hr
• second shift 4 pm to 2 am Mon-Thur $23.20/hr.
• Steel toed shoes or boots
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
