Job Description
Join a growing production team in Noblesville, IN as a Production Operator on 1st or 2nd shift. In this role, you operate industrial processing equipment to refine raw materials into finished powder products, while maintaining high safety and quality standards in a clean manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities- Operate furnaces to process and refine raw materials according to established procedures and production schedules.
- Run mixers and tanks used in the chemical refining process, ensuring proper settings, mixtures, and processing times.
- Operate filter press equipment to separate solids from liquids safely and efficiently.
- Use screening and filtration equipment to remove impurities and maintain product consistency.
- Monitor product quality throughout the process and confirm that finished powder meets all specifications and standards.
- Perform visual inspections of materials and equipment to identify issues early and maintain consistent output.
- Handle general production tasks including machine operation, packaging, and basic inspection activities.
- Follow all safety procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and housekeeping standards at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, even in a busy facility with significant raw material inventory.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Experience in general production or manufacturing environments.
- Demonstrated reliability and consistent job tenure, showing commitment and stability in previous roles.
- Ability and willingness to learn new processes, equipment, and procedures quickly.
- Hands-on experience with machine operation, including operating industrial equipment safely.
- Comfort with general labor tasks such as material handling, packaging, and basic inspection.
- Understanding and application of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in a production setting.
- Strong attention to detail to monitor product quality and ensure materials meet specifications.
- Ability to work effectively as a team player in a fast-paced production environment.
- Prior chemical manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Prior pharmaceutical manufacturing experience would be beneficial.
- Proven ability to follow detailed procedures and documentation accurately.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members across shifts.
- Comfort working around large liquid containers and industrial processing equipment.

Work EnvironmentYou work in a clean, non-climate-controlled production facility in Noblesville, IN. The environment includes industrial equipment such as furnaces, mixers, tanks, filter presses, and screening and filtration systems. With a new mass-scale production facility being set up in Marion, the current Noblesville site temporarily holds a larger volume of raw materials, including large liquid containers, which can make the space feel somewhat cluttered. Despite this, the facility emphasizes cleanliness, safety, and adherence to GMP standards. You work either 1st shift from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 2nd shift from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, alongside a production team focused on quality, reliability, and safe operations.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Noblesville, IN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
