Step into an exciting contract role where your expertise in pediatric speech-language pathology will make a significant impact on young learners. You will work with a dedicated caseload of 12-15 elementary students, supporting their communication development through individualized and collaborative approaches. Your days will begin at 8:35 AM and wrap up by 4:00 PM, with a flexible schedule that accommodates 24 hours per week across three full days—ideal for those seeking balance and rewarding professional engagement.

Responsibilities include providing speech therapy services, crafting and implementing individualized education plans, and tracking student progress according to best practices in school settings. You’ll play a key role in collaborating with general education teachers, using both high-tech and low-tech communication tools to ensure every student’s needs are met. Previous experience supporting non-verbal students who utilize AAC devices will be especially valued in this position.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid CCC-SLP certification
  • School-based or pediatric SLP experience required
  • Background working with AAC devices strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration with educational staff
  • Organizational skills for managing caseload documentation
