Job Description
Company Driver OTE: $80,000+ | Owner Operators: 90% of Gross
We are hiring Class A CDL Company Drivers and Owner Operators – Power Only for regional Texas and OTR opportunities. Choose the option that works for you: drive a late-model company truck or bring your own power unit. No trailer required for owner operators.
Company Drivers (W-2)
- 25%–30% of gross
- $80,000+ OTE
- Late-model automatic truck with sleeper provided
- Take your assigned truck home
- Trucks replaced approximately every 2 years
- Paid holidays
- Quarterly safety bonus
- 5 days PTO after 1 year
- Rider program — bring a person or your dog
Owner Operators – Power Only
- 90% of gross
- $300 weekly dispatch fee
- No trailer required
- Use your own insurance or enroll through the company; insurance cost is deducted from gross
Routes & Home Time
- Regional
- San Antonio–Houston and surrounding areas
- Approximately 200–300 miles per day
- Hopper/sand and oilfield work
- Home time varies by route and location
- OTR
- Open to drivers who live outside the San Antonio/Houston area
- Typically 2–3 weeks out and 1 week home
Class A CDL Driver Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- No endorsements required
- Drivers with less than 3 years of experience may be considered
- No accidents on MVR within the past 36 months
- Acceptable ticket/moving violation history within the past 24 months
- Must meet company and insurance requirements
- Dependable, safety-focused, and able to communicate with dispatch
