Step into an impactful role supporting elementary students by providing essential school psychological services onsite, full-time. In this dynamic contract opportunity, you will collaborate with educators and families, helping enhance each student’s academic experience throughout the 2026–2027 academic year (September to June). Your expertise in assessment and evaluation will be key to ensuring students receive the support they need to thrive.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Valid School Psychologist license for California
  • California PPS Credential
  • Previous experience in K-12 educational settings is a plus
  • Strong skills in assessment, evaluation, and re-evaluation processes
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work onsite at one elementary school within the district
  • Commitment to full-time hours: 37.5 each week, Monday through Friday

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for students
  • Deliver re-evaluations and collaborate in the completion of necessary reports
  • Interpret assessment data and provide recommendations for instructional planning
  • Participate in IEP meetings, sharing expertise and evaluation results
  • Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ social, emotional, and academic growth
  • Serve as a resource to the educational team, advocating for best practices in student support
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
