• Valid Special Education teaching certification

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to student strengths and needs

• Partner with general education teachers and support staff to create inclusive learning environments
• Regularly assess student progress and adjust teaching approaches as necessary
• Maintain open, positive lines of communication with families regarding student goals and achievements
• Provide classroom management and behavioral support to enhance learning experiences
• Participate in professional development and school meetings to support student success
