Required Qualifications:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license in Massachusetts
  • Previous experience working with K-12 students preferred
  • Familiarity with school-based documentation, IEPs, and therapy best practices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services to students across a range of abilities and grade levels
  • Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEP goals, and monitor student progress
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create adaptive strategies for classroom and daily success
  • Offer direct and consultative services to address fine motor, sensory processing, self-regulation, and functional vocational skills
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communicate regularly with educators and parents
  • Support district initiatives and participate in relevant professional development activities
