Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Previous experience in school settings preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and support staff
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, gather student details, and develop individualized speech and language therapy plans
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy to meet student goals
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records per school and legal requirements
  • Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and school leadership to support student success
  • Present evaluations and recommendations to members of the team, including Alyson and Jordan, in scheduled meetings
  • Ensure therapy services are delivered onsite; remote or virtual (voco) services are not needed for this placement
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and support IEP development as needed
