Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or clinical fellowship status
  • Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to organize and maintain accurate records in compliance with guidelines
  • Comfortable working with diverse student populations and needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders
  • Deliver direct and consultative services to students according to their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, administrators, and families, to support student progress
  • Maintain thorough documentation of student performance, session notes, and progress reports
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings, providing professional recommendations and updates
  • Stay current on best practices, interventions, and educational requirements
