Enjoy a varied work week supporting either elementary or middle school students across multiple school sites, assisting with their academic, emotional, and behavioral needs.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid School Psychologist certification (state and national preferred)
- Previous experience working with K–8 student populations
- Proficiency in psychological assessment, crisis intervention, and student counseling
- Strong skills in report writing, documentation, and data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional communication abilities and a collaborative mindset
Primary Responsibilities:
- Administer evaluations to identify student needs and eligibility for special education services
- Work onsite in either 3 elementary buildings or 2 middle schools, providing services across campuses
- Deliver counseling and intervention services, both individually and in groups
- Support the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student success
- Participate in RTI/MTSS processes, progress monitoring, and behavioral planning
- Serve as a resource for mental health awareness and staff training initiatives
Position Details:
- Contract role beginning with the upcoming school year
