  • Lead and resolve complex employee relations matters
  • Analyze workforce and compensation data to identify trends and recommend solutions
  • Lead change management initiatives and drive adoption across the facility
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on workforce planning, hiring strategy, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Build strong relationships with both salaried and hourly employees through a visible, approachable leadership style
  • Partner with broader HR leadership on enterprise-wide initiatives and programs

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Previous HR leadership experience within a manufacturing, industrial, automotive, agriculture, food production, or similar environment
  • Experience supporting a mid-sized manufacturing facility and partnering directly with plant/operations leadership
  • Strong employee relations and investigation experience
  • Demonstrated success improving engagement, retention, and workforce performance
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred
  • Experience with Workday or another enterprise HRIS preferred

Why Candidates Are Interested

  • Own HR strategy for an entire manufacturing operation
  • High-visibility leadership role with direct influence on plant culture and workforce engagement
  • Close partnership with plant and senior leadership
  • Collaborative, relationship-driven environment
  • Strong sense of community and employee pride
  • Opportunity to contribute to broader organizational HR initiatives

Work Arrangement

  • Primarily onsite at the manufacturing facility
  • Remote flexibility on Fridays after onboarding and training, when business needs permit
  • Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates
