Shipping Clerk

SVS Group is currently looking to hire an Experienced Shipping Clerk for one of our best Manufacturing Clients here in the S. Phoenix area. This would be a great position for someone that wants to grow and get promoted with a very fast growing company. You will have typical Shipping Clerk job duties to include:

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the shipping and receiving department, ensuring that all orders are processed accurately and efficiently. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, packaging, and inventory management.

Duties

• Manage the shipping and receiving of goods, ensuring all products are accurately logged into the warehouse management system.
• Schedule orders using TSMS System (Kuebix) along with direct carrier websites for palletized orders.
• Utilize RF scanners to track inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
• You will be using a computer all day and you must be extremely organized.
• Package products securely for shipment, adhering to company standards for e-commerce orders.
• Print and manage daily order flow for pull/palletize team along with FedEx teams
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse distribution processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• You must have at least 2 years + of very recent Shipping Experience
• You must have strong computer skills and have strong attention to detail skills
• You have good basic math skills
• You must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• You must have very good problem solving skills
• You must have at 1 year of RF Scanner experience.
• Knowledge of SAP software is a huge plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A team player who communicates well with colleagues across various departments.

• Attendance is extremely important to us so you must be on time everyday and we need you here!
• Must want to work 1st Shift - Monday - Friday 6am - 3:30pm plus overtime as needed.
