Position Title: Warehouse Worker

Duration: 1+ Months

Location: Wichita, KS 67214

Mon - Fri - 1st Shift, 6am – 2:30pm (8 hr shift w/ 30 min lunch break)

Steel Toe Boots or Safety-toed Shoes Required

• Ability to effectively communicate in one-on-one and in group situations. Must practice good housekeeping.
• Ability to understand, record, and verbalize detailed information accurately.
• Ability to be observant, accurate, and capable of following directions.
• Excellent Punctuality (6am sharp shift report time). Solid communication skills. Great interpersonal skills. Flexible.
• Strong attention to detail. Basic math skills.

Job Description:

• Must follow all safety policies & procedures and be mindful of manufacturing environment.
• Repetitive machine or process operation following prescribed routine.
• Must be able to follow direction & perform adjustments to processes or machinery.
• R-ecords & reports production numbers (if tasked to do so). Operation of equipment to include, but not limited to the following manufacturing equipment: Manual Bag Lifting / Stacking, Pallet Jack / Handcart Operation, Packing Operations, Housekeeping / Cleaning, etc.
• Must be able to repeatedly lift 50 lb. Plant is hot in the summer, cold in the winter.
• Loud in some places where hearing protection is required. Dusty in certain areas (feed mill).

Knowledge:

• Knowledge and compliance of all safety guidelines.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent
