Hiring Paraprofessionals – 2026–2027 School Year
Location: Hailey, ID
Contract Position
Bilingual Therapies is seeking dedicated Paraprofessionals for multiple full-time contract positions in Hailey, Idaho. These positions are available across all grade levels and will primarily provide 1:1 support to students with high needs. Bilingual Spanish skills are preferred but not required.
Job Details:
2026–2027 School Year
Hours: Full-Time (32.5–35 hours per week)
Grades: All Grade Levels
Openings: Multiple positions available
Setting: School-based, onsite
Student Support: Typically 1:1 support with high-needs students
Specific student assignments and responsibilities will be discussed during the interview
Job Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience working with children or students preferred
Experience supporting students with high needs preferred
Bilingual Spanish skills preferred but not required
Strong communication, patience, organization, and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a school-based team
