Seeking a dedicated contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to make a positive difference in a vibrant, supportive K-12 educational setting. What You’ll Bring:

  • Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Previous experience in Maryland schools highly preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge working within K-12 settings, including high school self-contained classrooms with moderate to severe needs
  • Ability to travel between multiple school sites as an itinerant provider
  • Adaptability, strong communication skills, and a patient, student-centered approach

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide assessments, direct therapy, and develop individualized programs for a diverse K-12 student population
  • Address spot fill needs at various campus locations, supporting students and educational staff
  • Work onsite full-time (37.5 hours/week) or consider part-time hours based on availability
  • Manage a caseload that includes high school students in self-contained, moderate to severe programs
  • Collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff to maximize student outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute actively to IEP meetings
