School Speech Language Pathologist - Spring Lake, NC

Desired Background & Experience:

• Active North Carolina SLP license (required)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status accepted
• Strongly prefer previous experience working in school settings
• Expertise in speech, language, social communication, and AAC intervention strategies
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Organized, self-motivated, and dedicated to student-centered solutions

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services to elementary students in accordance with IEP goals
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students' learning and communication needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert recommendations
• Maintain compliance with all documentation and state requirements
• Engage students with evidence-based interventions and foster a positive environment
