Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based position in Elkton, Maryland for the 2026-2027 school year. Job Details

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language assessments and student evaluations
• Identify communication disorders and determine appropriate interventions
• Develop, write, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Attend and participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and support staff
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Active Maryland Speech Language Pathologist License
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• School-based experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
