Qualifications:

  • Current California Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) credential in School Psychology required
  • Experience working with high school students preferred
  • Strong assessment, consultation, and counseling skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Comfort with testing, data collection, and providing in-depth reports

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and contribute to eligibility determinations
  • Develop and participate in the implementation of IEPs for high school students
  • Participate in crisis intervention and provide counseling/consultation services
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student achievement
  • Serve as a resource in promoting positive behavioral and educational outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and district standards
