A leading hedge fund is hiring a Senior Fund Accountant for a lean, growing investment platform in New York City.
This newly created role offers broad ownership, direct exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to improve processes within a highly sophisticated investment environment.
The base salary range is $150,000–$175,000 plus bonus, with expected total cash compensation of approximately $200,000–$250,000 depending on experience and performance.

Experience and Skills
- 3+ years of progressive experience in fund accounting (directly in a HEDGE FUND)
- Best background: Big 4/Public Accounting Foundation -- > in-house hedge fund accountant
Responsibilities
- Broad ownership across month-end fund close, GL and counterparty reconciliations, shadow accounting, fund-administrator oversight, fee calculations, investor allocations, treasury activity, financial reporting, audits, controls and process improvement.
