Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active state licensure as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • Experience or strong interest in working with elementary-aged students
  • Excellent collaborative skills with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to organize and manage a caseload effectively to meet students’ IEP goals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations to determine students’ speech, language, voice, and fluency needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans adhering to IEPs
  • Deliver engaging therapy sessions to help students build essential communication skills
  • Track student progress, maintain clear documentation, and report results to stakeholders
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student development
  • Participate in IEP meetings and offer recommendations to optimize student outcomes
  • Adapt therapy materials and methods to fit each student’s needs throughout the school year
