Key Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist credential (state-specific licensure or eligibility for CT)
- Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
- Comfort providing counseling, conducting assessments/testing, and managing IEP documentation
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve a PreK–8th grade caseload, Monday through Friday, 30 hours per week (9AM–3PM)
- Deliver direct student counseling and support
- Write and manage IEPs, including participation in team meetings
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments, interpret data, and share results
- Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and families
