We're seeking an Order Management Specialist to play a critical role in supporting customers, managing product-related inquiries, and ensuring orders, returns, and service requests are handled efficiently and accurately.

In this role, you'll serve as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, helping drive seamless order processing and resolution of product quality concerns. If you're organized, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do
  • Manage customer inquiries related to orders, product quality concerns, returns, and service requests.
  • Track customer cases from initiation through final resolution.
  • Coordinate product returns, exchanges, and credit requests.
  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate information within ERP and internal systems.
  • Review and process documentation related to customer requests and order activity.
  • Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance teams to resolve customer concerns.
  • Monitor open cases and ensure timely communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Generate reports, maintain records, and provide administrative support as needed.
  • Ensure all orders, documentation, and customer records are complete, accurate, and up to date.
What a Typical Day Looks Like
  • Reviewing customer emails and order-related inquiries.
  • Processing and updating customer requests in ERP systems.
  • Coordinating returns, exchanges, and credit authorizations.
  • Following up on open cases and documentation requirements.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Providing status updates to customers and stakeholders throughout the resolution process.
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of recent experience in order management, customer service, administrative support, product support, or a related field.
  • Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience using ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience handling returns, credits, warranty claims, or product quality processes.
  • Experience reviewing technical, engineering, or manufacturing-related documentation.
  • Familiarity with 8D reports, corrective action documentation, or quality processes.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume workloads while maintaining attention to detail.
Work Environment

This position is fully onsite in a professional office environment. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The role requires regular interaction with customers and cross-functional teams, frequent use of ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer service.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
