Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Maryland SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience within Maryland schools highly preferred
- Familiarity with K-12 caseloads; ability to adapt services across all grade levels
- Comfortable managing moderate to severe self-contained high school students
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to assigned caseload of K-12 students
- Support students in both itinerant and self-contained program settings
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and document progress
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to support student needs
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to a positive school climate
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with school and state guidelines
