Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Federalsburg, MD

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Maryland SLP license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience within Maryland schools highly preferred
• Familiarity with K-12 caseloads; ability to adapt services across all grade levels
• Comfortable managing moderate to severe self-contained high school students
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to assigned caseload of K-12 students
• Support students in both itinerant and self-contained program settings
• Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and document progress
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to support student needs
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to a positive school climate
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with school and state guidelines
