Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical Surgical | SOB: Up to $20k | Full-Time

Position Overview

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, permanent Medical Surgical opportunity in Salem, VA. This position offers competitive compensation, a sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance.

Acute care experience is preferred but NOT required. Willing to cross-train qualified RNs.

Multiple units are available, including Oncology and Ortho Trauma.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $31.70 – $47.54/hour (Max salary for candidates with 18+ years of experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $1,500
  

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) or BCLS Instructor certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Bachelor's Degree or Associate Degree REQUIRED
• Acute care experience preferred but NOT required
• Willingness to cross-train
