A school in the Everett area is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve part-time onsite (.4 FTE) to support student growth and communication development.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current state SLP license (or eligibility)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFs considered
  • Previous experience within a school-based or pediatric setting is a plus
  • Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in school-aged children
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy to elementary students according to individual education plans
  • Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and track student progress
  • Work closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to address student needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings, provide documentation, and maintain accurate records
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment for all students
