Step into a rewarding contract opportunity for the 2026-2027 school year as a Speech-Language Pathologist, making a positive impact in a supportive educational setting near Chambersburg, PA. We're searching for two dedicated SLPs to provide vital services in a collaborative environment, working either across two elementary schools or in a K-12 caseload, with a primary focus on elementary students.

This full-time position offers 37.5 hours per week, with robust support from a team of nine fellow SLPs and leadership from a director who is also an SLP. Whether you are an experienced clinician or a Clinical Fellow, you’ll find mentorship and encouragement at every step.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for CFY
  • Valid PA state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to fostering student growth and achievement
  • Passion for working with elementary students; K-12 experience a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to design and implement individualized plans
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with IEP requirements
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
  • Provide guidance and support to students and families throughout the school year
