What you bring:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Indiana
• Experience or demonstrated interest in servicing elementary-aged children
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Familiarity with IEP development, therapy documentation, and progress monitoring in a school setting

Your responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for students with speech and language needs
• Deliver therapy sessions in both individual and group settings, adapting interventions to a diverse caseload
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support academic achievement and social-emotional well-being
• Develop, implement, and update IEPs in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and interventions
