Assignment Details:
- Duration: August 26, 2026, through June 9, 2027
- Schedule: 30-minute sessions, twice monthly (bi-weekly)
Your skills and expertise in school-based physical therapy will play a vital role in fostering physical development and improved participation in school activities for your assigned student.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Washington Professional Licensure for Physical Therapy
- ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certification for Physical Therapy
- Experience in a school setting—especially with IEP implementation—is highly valued
- Strong communication and documentation abilities
- Commitment to student growth and collaboration with educational teams
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct physical therapy services in alignment with IEP goals
- Document session outcomes, progress, and recommendations clearly and promptly
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to best support the student's development
- Develop and adjust therapy strategies to meet evolving student needs
