Key Qualifications:

• Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid certification or eligibility for certification as a School Psychologist in Florida
• Familiarity with psychoeducational assessment tools and data-driven decision making
• Experience developing and implementing intervention strategies for diverse student populations
• Strong ability to consult, collaborate, and communicate with educators, students, and families
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines
• Flexibility to travel between multiple school sites during the workweek

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive psychological services, including assessments, counseling, and crisis intervention, to students across four schools
• Conduct formal evaluations to identify educational and behavioral needs
• Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and support staff to develop strategies for student success
• Participate in eligibility meetings, IEP teams, and multidisciplinary planning sessions
• Provide consultative support and training to staff and families regarding learning and mental health concerns
• Maintain accurate records, case notes, and timely documentation in accordance with legal and professional standards
• Engage in proactive efforts to foster inclusive and supportive school climates
