Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Seneca, SC

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity providing speech-language pathology services in a supportive and collaborative school environment near Seneca, SC. This full-time, onsite position runs through the end of the 2026-2027 school year and offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children at Blue Ridge Elementary. The current caseload is capped at 60 students and presents primarily mild cases, with some students using AAC devices, those with autism spectrum disorder, and non-verbal communicators.

You’ll be part of a vibrant group of 17 district SLPs, working alongside caring professionals dedicated to student progress. The district is actively seeking expertise at various levels: certified SLPs, clinical fellows, and SLPA candidates will be considered. Qualifications and Desired Experience

• Valid South Carolina SLP license or eligibility to start pending certification
• LLR licensure and teaching certificate (pending applicants welcome)
• Willing to work onsite; open to SLP, CFY, or SLPA backgrounds
• Experience with pediatric populations in healthcare or schools
• Comfortable supporting students with mild needs, AAC, ASD, or non-verbal communication
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to a capped caseload of up to 60 students
• Work collaboratively with classroom teachers and district SLPs
• Develop and implement IEPs and intervention strategies
• Communicate effectively with families, staff, and related service providers
• Offer insight and support for AAC and ASD interventions as needed
