Step into an exciting contract role dedicated to supporting students’ communication development in an engaging school setting near San Ramon, CA. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you’ll work directly with children who have speech and language disorders, making a meaningful difference in their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify speech and language disorders in students
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s unique needs
  • Deliver targeted therapy sessions that help students achieve measurable speech and language goals
  • Diligently document student progress and adapt therapy plans as needed
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team—including teachers, counselors, and other specialists—to ensure holistic, coordinated care
  • Provide education and support for families, helping them understand and participate in the therapy process

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Active or eligible for state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, though Clinical Fellowship Year applicants are welcome
  • Experience working with pediatric or school-aged children is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to balance independent work with effective teamwork
