School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | San Ramon, California
Job Description

As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you’ll work directly with children who have speech and language disorders, making a meaningful difference in their educational journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify speech and language disorders in students
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s unique needs
- Deliver targeted therapy sessions that help students achieve measurable speech and language goals
- Diligently document student progress and adapt therapy plans as needed
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team—including teachers, counselors, and other specialists—to ensure holistic, coordinated care
- Provide education and support for families, helping them understand and participate in the therapy process
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active or eligible for state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, though Clinical Fellowship Year applicants are welcome
- Experience working with pediatric or school-aged children is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to balance independent work with effective teamwork
