Term: 2026/2027 School Year
Schedule: Full-Time | 8 Hours/Day (School Schedule)
Caseload: Elementary & Middle School (K-8 Resource)
We are seeking a dedicated Resource Teacher for a full-time position in Surprise, AZ for the upcoming school year. In this role, you will provide targeted instruction and support to help students overcome learning challenges and achieve academic growth.

Key Responsibilities
Provide small-group and individualized special education instruction to K-8 students on a resource caseload.
Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student goals and state standards.

Collaborate closely with classroom teachers to support student accommodations and inclusion.
Maintain clear communication with parents, staff, and administration regarding student growth and IEP compliance.
Requirements
Certification: Active and valid Arizona Special Education Teaching Certificate.
Clearance: Valid Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card (AZ IVP FPCC).
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related educational field.
